How do I pay for orders?
You top up your wallet. With each order, we hold the creator’s price and the commission, and the money only reaches the creator after you approve.
Can I pay from outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. International payments are supported, so you can top up and pay from any country.
When is VAT charged?
When you top up, and you get a tax invoice for every top-up.
Who sets the video price?
The creator, based on their experience and the type of video. You see the price on their profile before ordering, or you can ask them for a custom quote.
What is the platform commission?
A percentage added to each order: 15% on Free, 7% on Pro and 5% with an Account Manager. The higher your plan, the lower the commission.
Is AI search available on the Free plan?
Yes. AI creator search is free on every plan.
What’s the difference between the Account Manager plan and a Full-Service Campaign?
The Account Manager plan is a monthly subscription: someone on our team orders on the platform for you. A Full-Service Campaign is a one-time service starting at SAR 15,000, where we handle everything from analysis to the final video.
