Are the videos really free?

Only for eligible ad accounts. TikTok covers the cost of producing the videos in return for a minimum ad spend, and TikTok decides eligibility, the minimum and the number of videos based on your account.

How do I know if my account is eligible?

Go to TikTok One and choose Creator content at scale, or ask your TikTok account manager. You can also contact us and we’ll walk you through the steps.

Do you run campaigns with bigger creators?

Yes, through TikTok One services such as Branded Buzz and open application campaigns. Management, contracts and payment happen inside TikTok One, and our team handles execution and follow-up.

How is this different from ordering on the UGCeer platform?
