## FAQ

Is UGCeer a photo studio?

No. UGCeer is a platform that connects you with Saudi creators who film your product ad themselves in a natural setting, with no studio booking or film crew.

Can my products be filmed without going to a studio?

Yes. You request a shipping label from the platform, the product reaches the creator, and they film it and deliver the video. Digital orders don’t need shipping.

When is a studio the better choice?

When you need professional catalog or product-page photos on a fixed backdrop, or a big-production TV commercial. For TikTok and Snapchat ads, a natural video from a creator is usually the better fit.

Do I get product photos too?

Some creators offer photos alongside the video, and you’ll see that service on their profile before ordering.

How much does a product ad shoot cost?

Each creator sets their own price, which you see on their profile before ordering, or you can request a custom offer. Plan details are on the pricing page.
