# Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your **UGCeer** account, whether you are a content creator using the **UGCeer Creators (يوجيسير للصنّاع)** app or a client on the platform. The app and the platform are operated by Mubdiu Almhtwa Company.

## Two ways to request deletion

**1\. Inside the app**  
Sign in to the UGCeer Creators app, open Settings, choose “Delete account”, and confirm.

**2\. By email (no app needed)**  
Email **[hi@ugceer.com](mailto:hi@ugceer.com?subject=Account%20deletion%20request)** with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address registered on your account, and include your username or registered phone number. We may ask you to confirm you own the account before we act, to protect you.

## What happens after you ask

Your account is closed immediately, you can no longer sign in, and your profile is no longer shown to clients. The account can be restored within a short period if you change your mind or if the request was made by mistake.

## Data that is deleted

Your account and profile data: name, username, email, phone number, photo, bio, intro video, and the portfolio shown on your profile.

## Data we keep, and why

**Financial records**: orders, invoices, wallet movements and withdrawal records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax laws in Saudi Arabia.

**Points**: deleting your account does not entitle you to a payout of the remaining points, so we recommend using your balance before requesting deletion. Details are in the [Points & Refund Policy](https://ugceer.com/en/terms-of-payment/).

**Conversations**: kept to document dealings between the two parties and to handle disputes and reports.

**Security logs**: kept for a limited period, then deleted.

## When deletion can’t happen immediately

If you have an order in progress or a balance that has not been withdrawn, we ask you to settle it first so that neither your rights nor the other party’s rights are lost.
